If someone you loved collapsed in front of you, would you know what to do?
It’s a difficult question, but an important one.
Because when a cardiac arrest happens, the person next to them is often their only chance of survival.
That’s why we’re bringing a community CPR training event to Lincoln on April 19th, designed to give everyday people the confidence to act when it matters most.
A Story That Makes This Personal
In 2024, Rob’s heart stopped.
He survived only because his wife, Ruby, knew CPR.
Without that knowledge, without that moment of action, he wouldn’t be here today.
Now, they’re on a mission to make sure more people are prepared. Because no one should lose a life simply because those around them didn’t know what to do.
CPR Training in Lincoln (April 19th Event)
This isn’t a typical training session.
It’s lived-experience CPR training, led by someone who has been through it and understands just how critical those first few minutes are.
What to expect:
30-45 minute sessions
Small group learning
Hands-on CPR practice
Simple, clear guidance
A supportive, no-pressure environment
You won’t be overwhelmed with technical detail. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do.
Why This Matters
Most people don’t act in an emergency, not because they don’t care, but because they don’t feel confident.
This session is designed to change that.
By the end, you’ll:
Understand how to recognise cardiac arrest
Know how to respond quickly
Feel confident performing CPR
And that confidence could save a life.
Who Should Attend?
This event is for everyone.
You don’t need any prior experience or medical background. Whether you’re a parent, student, professional, or simply someone who wants to be prepared, this training is for you.
